Orange Cake without butter

Orange cake without butter
Orange cake without butterA piece of cake is always a good idea and this orange cake is light and easy to prepare and fills the kitchen with the smell of oranges.
My mother-in-law prepares it and I love it.

Orange cake without butterPreparation:
Preheat oven to 320 F (160 C). Grease a 12-inch (30-cm) long cake tin. Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add baking soda to the yogurt.
Beat eggs with the sugar in another bowl. Add yogurt, grated orange zest and sunflower oil. Mix in slowly the dry ingredients. Pour batter into the tin and bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for some minutes, then turn onto a wired rack and cool completely.
