- 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco
- 100 g Parmesan, sliced or grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:Half the avocado lengthwise and remove the stone. Prick it with a fork in order to allow the sauce to penetrate. Pour the sauce over the halfes and top with the lime juice, salt and pepper. Put half of the cheese in the cavities of the avocado and grill for two minutes. Add the remaining cheese and grill for additional 2 minutes. Serve hot.
